Has created many opportunities and shaped my life into something truly incredible. Now I have the chance to share it with you.

I find what works and also what is fun and enjoyable. Always finding a way to make this practice part of my life.

Training with Rod has been an amazing journey! Rod tailored the program just for me, he listened to my dreams and goals and he made them become a reality! 

His accountability is outstanding. He was always there for feedbacks and weekly checks. Most importantly, he always listened when I had “down moments” and I always felt better afterwards! 

I feel stronger, I gained so many amazing skills and, for the first time in 32 years.. I absolutely loved training and working out!!

Movement:

I have been practicing movement formally for 9 years and with a life time of being playful and exploring what my body can do

It’s a blend of many disciplines with inspiration drawn from Gymnastics, Strength & Conditioning, Body Building, Martial Arts, Circus Arts and Dance.

My aim is the Look Good, Feel Good and Perform well each day

Energy:

Find a state of flow in everyday life

Discover what is serving you and let go of the things that aren’t

Learn the principles of nutrition and how to generate energy supporting your movement practice and intentions

Take responsibility for every area of your life

The Work:

Develop your Character - Who are you being each day?

Discover, love and communicate with the parts of you

Make decisions from your intuition (not your mind)

Become aware of every element of your life

Rod has been unbelievable support for me on my fitness, mobility, flexibility and all round health journey.  Rod has helped me even despite the distances between our locations, with Rod based in Australia and myself in the US. At every step, Rod has made himself accessible, always willing to step through something with me and take a phone call. In my few months of training, I noticed a massive increase in my general capacity as well as a growing skillset: rings, handstands, and greater flexibility. I also have grown to understand my nutritional needs better. I feel empowered to keep making progress, even when left to my own devices. Although I’ll definitely be calling on Rod for regular tune-ups!

Stage 1:

Complete client Intake form

Your first week with me will be spent communicating and setting intentions

Nutrition Principles, Energy Generation, Recipe ideas

I will present your Movement program to you and go through it in detail

Stage 2:

You get moving each week following the sessions provided

Communicating with me as much as you like to guide your journey

Weekly calls included for ongoing support

Price:

$125 AUD weekly (minimum of 12 weeks) no contract

I am only taking on new students who are committed to themselves

    I did a one on one tailored course online with Rod. We completed an assessment up front and then got after it. One of the things that I love about the way that Rod works is that it is holistic... we explored mind, spirit and body up front, so that we were able to serve the body wholly through the program. It also covered body movement and nutrition. The body movement was fun, and pushed me without risk of injury which is big for me. I wholeheartedly recommend engaging Rod, regardless of where you are in the globe!
